COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE [TOS]• Payment Method: Ko-fi• Finalized payment must be given upfront before commissioned work has begun.
• A 4% processing fee will be added to the finalized amount.
• A digital recept will be given before payment is sent over for price finalization.
• I do not take any 'channel promotion' as a form of payment• Termination: If you are in breach of the terms of service or I am unable work with you, an explanation will be provided for the commission termination.
If during communication if a response has not been received within 7 days, your commission will be canceled by default, no refund will be given.• Refund: If I am unable finish the commissioned art after payment due to personal reasons, a 95% refund of the finalized amount will be provided at the earliest convenience, alongside the current progress of said commission.• Deadline: I will not take a commission with a deadline that ends a week or less from the time of commission. Please make me aware of the deadline at least 2 weeks during communication.• Timeline: Commission time may take from the same week to 1 month from time of commission unless given a specific deadline.---------•

~ Will respond to questions or additions in a timely manner.

• On the rare occasion that my commissions are closed, I am more than happy to add you to a waiting list!• If you would like to use a personal commissioned work on a social media platform, you are more than welcome to, however please credit me in the post for the work provided.• When commissioning me, you consent to me posting the WIP [Work In Progress] and/or finalized commissioned work. Unless stated otherwise in the commission request.• If you are interested, you can provide a rough sketch of what you envision for the commissioned work, it would aid me with providing an base of what you'd like.
