COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE [TOS]‼️When commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below‼️• Payment:
~ PayPal invoice.
~ Finalized payment must be given upfront before commissioned work has begun.
~ A digital receipt can be given for price confirmation.
(I am more than happy to give you the math I use!)
~ I do not take any 'channel promotion' as a form of payment• ETA [Estimated Time of Arrival]: ~ Default commission time may take from the same week to an absolute maximum of 3 [three] months from time of payment confirmation, unless given a specific deadline. Max length of timeline will most likely not be reached when commissioned a work.
~ ETA will not begin until payment has been confirmed on both sides.• Cancelation:
~ If you cancel the commission after payment has been sent and the sketch phase is completed, no refund can be provided. The current stage of said commission will be emailed to your preferred area of contact.
~ If you are in breach of the terms of service or I am unable work with you, the commission will be canceled by default. Full refund will be offered, however no artwork will be sent.
~ If during communication a response has not been received within 7 days, your commission will be canceled by default, no refund will be issued as a result.
(I completely understand if you encounter a hardship in your personal life which may impact your communication abilities, if so please inform me!)• Refund:
~ If I am unable finish the commissioned art after payment due to personal reasons, a 90% refund of the finalized amount will be provided as soon as possible alongside the current progress of the commission.• Deadline:
~ I will not accept a commission with a deadline that ends a week or less from the time of commission.Please make me aware of your preferred deadline at least 2 weeks ahead of time.—————————•• You as the client •~ May use commissioned work for personal use only. *
~ Will not take credit for the commissioned work.
~ Will not remove small, faint, signature added in final piece.
(This can be omitted, if you request it!)
~ Are not allowed to modify the finished commissioned piece without given consent.
~ Will not use commissioned work in the use of any form of AI image generation training.• I as the Artist •~ Retain all original and moral rights to the commissioned artwork.
~ Will send progress images and updates throughout the entire commission process until completion.
~ Will respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
~ Will be responsible for any delays on my part during the commission process.
~ Have the right to deny commissions.* ‘Personal Use’ includes non-commercial use on public streaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and Bluesky!—————————•• Please provide •~ Character references or detailed description.
~ Ideal expressions and overall vibe.• Will Draw •~ O.Cs.
~ Vtuber models.
~ Fursonas.
~ Minor violence.
~ Various body types.
~ Mythological / Inhuman O.Cs.• WILL NOT draw •~ Artistic nudity.
~ Explicit themes.
~ NSFW.
~ Brutal gore. (Visible organs, extreme violence, etc.)
~ Extreme details (Genshin Impact level of detail.)
~ Large machinery.

FAQ• “What do I do if your commissions are closed?”
~ On the rare occasion that my commissions are closed, I’m more than happy to add you to a waiting list.• “Do you charge anything if I want to ask questions?”
~ I do not charge any communication fees!• “Where and when is it best to contact you?”
~ Instagram is the best place to contact me, specifically 9am - 10pm EST.• “Can I post a commissioned artwork?”
~ Absolutely! I would appreciate it though if you credited me somewhere in said post.•“Can I make merch off the commission you made me?”
~ Non-commercial merchandise is fine for personal use if you create something that you have no intent on selling to others. Please ask me beforehand though!
~ Commercial merchandise cannot be made without documented approval as well as the purchase of a commercial license.• “What do I do if theres something I want to commission, but it’s not listed?”
~ If there is a product not listed that you would like to commission, please feel free to reach out!• “I really want art from you, but your out of my price range :(”
~ That’s completely fine, your interest is what I care most about!
However~ I do sell coffee sketches as a more affordable option [$5] and, if you’re a reliable artist, I’m more than happy to do an art trade!
